Our client, a major financial and insurance institution, is looking for Marketing Associate in on their Digital Media team focusing mostly on Ad Operations. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and receive training and mentorship.

This role is REMOTE to start and a workstation will be provided.

The Marketing Associate, Digital Media Ops will have the following responsibilities:
- Act as a technical authority for all technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns (including trafficking of Prospecting/Remarketing capabilities, HTML5 Creative, In-Stream Video, etc.)
- Partner with analytics team to develop actionable digital performance reporting leveraging data visualization tools (i.e. DOMO) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Act as key point of contact with Adobe Audience Manger DMP and Brand Safety partner management and setup
- Build Trafficking sheets to generate through 3rd party ad server tools such as Double Click Campaign Manager and implementing ad tags and creative in DSPs and with vendors
- Work closely with internal Web Dev departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate operational implementation (i.e. pixel, tagging, QA, etc.)
- Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner
- Plan, organize, activate and control daily media operations and platform process

The Marketing Associate, Digital Media Ops will have the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of media/ad ops/digital industry experience either inhouse or at an agency
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Third-Party Ad Servers (Adobe Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads Manager)
- Experience with management and set up of DMP and Brand Safety (i.e. Adobe Audience Manager, IAS, etc.)
- Experience with demand side platforms a plus (e.g., Amazon, Verizon, DV360)
- Must be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to multi-task and keep multiple projects on-track
