Our Agency client just won an exciting piece of business, and they are building out a Creative production studio at one of their Healthcare clients. They are actively seeking to hire a Video Producer to join their team!

This is a full time role based in Warren, NJ. You will be working remote for now due to COVID-19, but will be expected to work onsite once the company goes back onsite.

Video Producer Responsibilities:
- Scope out projects and clearly define deliverables
- Create and manage project timelines
- Ensure projects are staffed appropriately
- Produce projects from pre-production through to post-production and delivery
- Manage a wide range of projects including CGI, photography, and post-production work for print and animation
- Ensure jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality
- Schedule weekly production meetings and keep the client and internal teams updated on project status
- Evaluate job profitability at the beginning, throughout and at the end of projects
- Manage and work with external vendors (getting quotes, estimates, specs, etc.)

Video Producer Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a Producer and knowledge in post-production, TV or film industry
- Strong interest in animation and motion GFX
- Understanding of CGI, Photography & Print workflow and related practices
- Understanding of live-action shoots, planning and production techniques
- Client facing experience (you will be sitting onsite at the client)
- Good knowledge of project management systems and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Practical understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
