Our agency client is looking for an Account Director to join their team as a full-time employee.

In this Account Director position you will:
- Lead client relations and manage an account team on global pharma business
- Drive excellence in developing first-class digital experiences using emerging technologies like VR, AR and AI
- Provide leadership, working with PMs, in scope and management of projects and budgets, pitches and proposals
- Develop expertise on factors, trends and developments in your clients' business and provide strategic leadership
- Provide coaching, mentorship and opportunities to help your team develop and grow

Qualifications for this Account Director position:
- 7+ years' client services experience, majority in digital
- Excellent science / healthcare / pharma experience
- A proven record of leadership and mentorship
- Strong at identifying new business opportunities with existing clients
- You drive for excellence always and approach the world with a growth mindset
