Our retail client is looking for their next Director of Digital Operations!

This role is:
- 40 hours/week
- Contract to hire
- Onsite at their office in the southern suburbs

In this role, you will manage the success of the company's 3 retail websites. This includes:
- Ensure the websites and technical platforms align with brand strategy and overall company goals
- Collaborate with email team to ensure consistent customer experience as it relates to emails and text/SMS
- Define KPIs, analyze, report and optimize performance
- Work with content team to ensure web copy is SEO friendly and improve organic search rankings
- Manage 3rd party vendors for PPC campaigns
- Coach, mentor and lead 4 direct reports
- Collaborate with IT team to help with back end dev and coding as necessary for the websites

The ideal candidate:
- 7-10+ years' in digital marketing + web optimization
- Ability to review and analyze website, find gaps, and figure out proper strategies and actionable next steps
- Someone that can both lead AND execute across various digital campaigns
- 4+ years' experience managing a team is preferred
- Understanding of UX/UI, email, PPC
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how to execute/report on to improve conversions
