Our agency client is looking for their next Director of Client Services with direct mail / direct response expertise!

In this role, as Director of Client Services, you will:
- Responsible for overseeing all the account teams, and ensuring that client relationships and businesses are fostered, nurtured, and grow.
- Work with the Group Account Directors to uncover new business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Lead/manage 2 Account Directors
- Monitor campaign performances across all clients
- Participate in new business development pitches as needed
- Collaborate with sales and print production teams across all campaigns

The ideal candidate:
- Current VP of Client Services / Head of Client Services / Client Services Director OR Group Account Director looking for next role
- 10-15+ years' account management / client service experience
- Agency experience is a must**
- Must have direct-mail/direct response marketing experience
- Client-first mentality is a priority; this agency is all about driving and growing their clients goals
