Our client, a retail franchise company looking to expand their digital presence, needs to hire a full-time Digital Product Manager to focus on conversions and performance marketing for their website.

They are flexible on title so this is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Manager to step into their first Director level role, perhaps even from the start!

Qualified Digital Product Managers can be generalists but need direct to consumer experience directly engaging large and mid-sized enterprise customers (D2C experience from companies like Harry's or Casper, for example).

This role requires ownership -- the desire to do what needs to be done to own the retail product marketing and the conversion process for new users on the website. A high degree of ownership is key!

This is not a strategic role to start. The question to ask is, "Are the things on the website working properly and how can we make them work better?"
