Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to add to their team for at least the next 12 months.

In this role you will focus on streamlining internal processes, systems efficiencies, ensuring training and compliance, and serve as an administrator for select systems. You will also be a partner to the digital marketing team aiding in optimizing campaigns and digital assets. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leads the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the effectiveness of operations within the Marketing function
- Benchmarks the organization’s current sales enablement activities performance; develops a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes and leads implementation
- Provides training and support to both marketing colleagues in the use, best-practice, and continual improvement of our collection of marketing technologies

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role preferably in a highly regulated industry. You must have experience using/managing marketing tools such as SharePoint, Sales Force, Marketing Cloud, and/or Aprimo. You must also have:
- Experience working with marketing and advertising agencies
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, programs and changing priorities

Nice to have:
- Knowledge working within SharePoint
- Previous sales enablement experience
- Basic understanding of digital marketing activities (i.e. SEO, descriptions, tags, programmatic ads)

This is an offsite, 40 hours/week, freelance opporunity.
