Our client is looking for a freelance Proposal Specialist.
This role is:
- Project-based
- Offsite/remote
- Ongoing as needs arise
The client is looking for a Proposal Specialist who is comfortable working on proposals from a design standpoint (organizing and compiling information). Light proposal writing experience needed as well.
- Work with the RFP Administrator to understand request, establish priorities/timelines, writing, reviewing content, etc.
- Gathering process information by identifying sources of info
- Draft/edit proposals
- Ensure effective layout of information
Ideal candidate:
- 2+ years' proposal expertise
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign**
- AEC (architecture - engineering - construction) industry experience
- Technical writing experience is a PLUS
- Familiarity with technical language and bringing energy to this kind of copy and brand voice
