Our global law firm client is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team, full time.

Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead on the design, development and implementation of data reports and data mining solutions for Firm leadership across practice and industry, project leads for campaigns, and individual authors of thought leadership content.
- Identify and understand website KPIs using Google Analytics platform. Optimizing campaigns and measurements in order to enhance our content marketing program. Providing insights to help build more robust analytics platform to align with future CMS platform.
- Aggregate data from across social media channels to inform content producers on ROI and best practices for future content development
- Collect and analyze data from internal communications channels to improve content and engagement
- Aggregate and analyzing content data from various sources—CMS, social media channels, Google Analytics, e-marketing, and other propriety databases—to inform recommendations and to build custom reports
- Advise on partnering with and subscribing to third party vendors to support distribution of content
- Utilize data to advise on content creation strategy based on patterns and trends in engagement of content across different media formats.
- Conduct industry research and market intelligence, as appropriate.

Digital Marketing Analyst Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and data analysis
- Passion for data and ability to take said data and provide analysis and tell a story that's compelling and easy for a non-marketer to understand
-- Strong data profiling skills to identify and understand anomalies and trends
- Fluent in reporting and visualization technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, etc.
- Creative, innovative thinker and problem solver with an ability to conceive of new ways to achieve business-related goals
-Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in an often intense and deadline-driven environment
