Our client, a global payroll platform, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager with a B2B focus.

This is an offsite, 10-15 hour / week opportunity. You must have your own laptop.

Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities:
- Taking the lead in strategy and execution for all Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Depending on the level of experience of the identified candidate, there is an opportunity to take on additional hours of work and responsibility for other campaigns (paid social, email, etc.).
- Execute campaigns and manage the entire inbound lead flow process
- Continually measure and own key metrics and make campaign recommendations based on effectiveness / performance
- Understand how new leads are generating across various stages and continually recommend new strategies and tactics for optimization

Demand Generation Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of Demand Generation Marketing and general social media marketing experience
- Worked in the B2B space, previously
- Organized individual who can keep multiple projects moving
- Strong communication skills, as they will have the opportunity to work remotely
- Has their own laptop
