Our client, an innovative, rapidly growing retail / media company, is seeking a Senior Program / Project Manager to join their team full-time, starting as soon as identified.

The Senior Program / Project Manager is a critical role accountable for bringing new business verticals to market. The ideal person will be responsible for coordinating execution of mission critical implementations across emerging verticals (offices, campuses, transit). This position will be a primary external contact for the company's most strategic partners and their senior leadership teams, as well as a key resource for the company's internal leadership team.

The Senior Program / Project Manager will be responsible for:

- Facilitating creation, prioritization, planning, and implementation of technical roadmaps with product management, engineering, and architecture
- Driving management and on-budget delivery of strategic vertical implementations
- Driving solution definition, budget options, and alternative analysis
- Maintaining overall financial and milestone status of initiatives and provide visibility across the emerging vertical portfolio ensuring planned scope, priority, risk, milestone and financial changes are surfaced in a timely manner
- Facilitating risk mitigation and contingency planning at initiative level; surface issues and risks; escalate for resolution
- Participating in continuous delivery improvement efforts by providing input into an enterprise framework for program management aligned with modern agile, lean, and design thinking practices
- Managing team internal and external interdependencies, resolving team blockers and dependencies
- Communicating business critical status and lead site and engagement team including regular communications to business leaders across all brands

The Senior Program / Project Manager must:

- Have 5-10 years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on a range of corporate interiors project types
- Have a minimum of 7 or more years of experience directly managing all phases of service, digital or architectural design process; construction experience a plus
- Have demonstrated experience managing medium to large size teams of cross discipline resources with complex, multi-location programs
- Have strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence others by negotiating and building cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
- Have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Have a proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Have a knowledge of design and design processes, combined with technology
- Have an understanding of product design, software or digital development, and brand strategy a plus
- Have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Be self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Have excellent time and project management skills- You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
- Have a keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Be an expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Keynote, Google Apps, Slack, Revitt, Autocav and Adobe Creative Suite
- Additional consideration will be given for candidates with an accredited degree in interior design, architecture, or construction management or a related field
