Our client, a well-known high end real estate company, is currently looking for a Digital Media Manager / Analyst to join their marketing team, full time.

Ideal Digital Media Analyst will have experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Google Analytics and have 5+ years of digital marketing experience. You should be an expert in media trading platforms and analytics tools across multiple digital channels

Digital Media Analyst Responsibilities:
- Establish a foundation for website and digital media analytics, including identifying KPIs, building dashboards, presenting weekly key insights and ensuring data drives actions
- Collaborate with Digital Advertising team to report on weekly campaign performances
- Oversee tagging of the site to ensure proper measurement and tracking of site data
- Manage the admin aspects of web analytics interface such as user management, account maintenance, and proper documentation of interface updates
- Work with CRM team to leverage digital data in customer journey mapping for lead generation
- Manage and assist in prioritizing website enhancements driven from data insights
- Proactively identify new digital marketing activations and technology /platforms to help drive brand awareness, sales and customer acquisition
- Presenting data driven insights and optimization opportunities to cross-functional teams
- Design reporting that will help the team understand marketing campaign performance, and allow key stakeholders to make strategic decisions based on performance
- Help the organization refine & evolve campaign reporting to the meet the needs of all cross-functional partners

Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience within Digital Marketing and Analytics
- Solid understanding of web KPIs with ability to use insights to advise on how to drive business
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide both deep dive and executive reporting that reflects clear data and actionable insights
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills along with ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Proficiency with Tableau, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Adsense, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, blog development or other marketing/content platforms
- Eager and willing to help the team achieve goals through understanding of metrics on campaigns and initiatives
