Our Agency client is currently seeking a full time Presentation Designer to work with their New Business team.

The Presentation Designer will be responsible for:
- Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals
- Demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects and respond to numerous, last minute requests
- Brainstorm with the New Business and Account teams to develop ideas to transform generic, text-heavy presentations into dynamic, visually compelling presentations
- Collaborate with account team and subject matter experts to quickly address their needs
- Create compelling infographics that transform words into visuals
- Quickly respond and interpret multiple last minute creative directions and edits
- Must be comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating directly with key stakeholders
- Travel is involved for this role. You will be traveling to new business pitches / meetings, and provide set-up, rehearsal, and breakdown/clean up support
- Set up internal/external video conference meetings
- Partner with editorial, producers, creative, copy, account, and studio to produce high quality presentation materials

Ideal Qualifications:
- Excellent design skills while being an expert in PPT
- Experienced in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote is a nice to have
- Expert level in PowerPoint including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions, and videos
- Ability to travel to new business pitches as needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, client facing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Previous agency experience is a nice to have
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively
