Our retail client is looking for a Community Manager to join their team on a freelance basis.

Community Manager role and responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of brand social channels (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
- Answering direct messages and replying to comments and mentions in French and English
- Identifying and escalating to customer service as needed

Community Manager experience and skills:
- 1+ year of experience
- You are French and English bilingual
- Strong social media experience and understanding
- Working experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Experience using Dash Hudson is an asset
- Beauty and/or cosmetics experience and knowledge is a major asset
