Our client, a creative agency focusing on the entrainment space, is looking for a smart, passionate Media Insight Analyst to join their growing team.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working in the live entertainment, ticketing, Broadway space and / or in a very fast-paced agency setting.

In this role, the Media Insight Analyst will be dedicated to collecting and interpreting data from media campaigns to shape BI tools, predictive models and data analyses.

Specific responsibilities for the Media Insight Analyst include:

- Working with media and client team to determine campaign reporting / insight requirements
- Playing an active role in media campaign planning, briefing and set up as well as metrics
- Build and manage dashboards for clients and provide insights on campaign progress
- Partner with internal teams and external data and tech suppliers
- Develop and maintain agency data benchmark studies

Qualifications for the Media Insight Analyst include:

- 5+ years of media insights and data analysis experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for data and analysis
- Mastery of Excel and experience working with marketing performance dashboards like AVORA or Tableau; previous experience with media data tools such as Supermetrics, Improvado, Funnel and / or Alteryx is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, AGILE agency setting
- Experience working in 3rd party ticket sales systems such as Ticketmaster, Telecharge, etc.
