Our client, a globally well-known consultancy company, is seeking support of a Branding Consultant / Strategist with specific experience in Naming to join their team.

*Must have experience specifically in naming*

Brand Strategist role:
- Educate global internal stakeholders on the clients brand naming standards
- Manage all aspects of global naming projects, including conducting naming assessments/brainstorms, managing naming agencies (in certain circumstances), generating names, owning desktop searches and building and giving presentations
- Liaise with the Office of General Counsel to review and approve all names and coordinate global knockout and full naming screens
- Collaborate on brand strategy positioning and messaging projects, including the development of value propositions, brand narratives and messaging guides; own distinct sections of work
- Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed
- Coordinate work of external agency partners
- Support on additional brand strategy projects and priority initiatives, including development of brand tone of voice principles and design, development and delivery of a new global brand training program

- 3-5 years in brand strategy a related field, ideally from an agency background
- Previous naming, verbal identity, brand education, positioning and messaging experience required
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively engage with international stakeholders and non-native English speakers
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to develop very strong, original ideas under pressure and with quick turn around
- Ability to explain, sell and defend ideas, while remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage and outstanding follow-through
- B2B background or understanding of professional services business/environment preferred
- Global experience and multilingual capabilities a plus

Ideal Naming Copywriter:
- 3-7 years of experience
- cerebral thinker with a professional acumen
- solid naming experience (with examples to share)
