Our client, an online and app based company in the healthcare field, is looking to add a full-time Email Marketing Manager to their in-house marketing team.

Over the past couple of years they have improved the systemization of their digital marketing efforts!

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for sending a large volume of emails, not the creative strategy (this is not a creative role).

The ability to confidently lead and guide the team on email and customer behavior is critical to success in this role.

Email Marketing Manager Responsibilities / Requirements:
• List management
• Email deployment scheduling
• Template management
• Responsible, type A, control freak
• Trello experience would be a plus but is not a requirement (they are happy to train on this)
• Email analytics, understanding the development side / HTML is helpful (they have a dev. team)
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with email software (they use WhatCounts and SendGrid and will train on it -- prior experience with any email deployment software will work)
• Ability to work hand in hand with the development team
• Managing the CRM and understanding the analytics
