Our client, an international wine & spirits company, is looking for a PR and Social Media Manager to join their growing team, full time in Soho.

Ideal PR and Social Media Manager will be digital savvy with an extensive background in achieving and maximizing exposure for lifestyle brands through PR, social and influencer engagement. You should also have strong experience in the CPG / Food & Beverage / Wine & Spirits space and a strong passion for the urban music scene!

PR and Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Supporting both traditional brand PR and managing social channels/ strategy
- Take ownership on a newly launched alcohol brand and be the gate keeper for all functions surrounding social and digital initiatives
- Be the link between brand and sales to fulfill commercial objectives, maintaining the flow of information between the brand and the sales team and distribution partners
- Manage the development and creation of key press materials including press releases, media alerts, and talking points
- Set up, mange and report on all paid campaigns on social media!
- Be the lead on social channels – planning and execution of social media campaigns and then analyzing results
- Drive influencer relations to help secure PR opportunities for all brand
- Work with content creators to create engaging multimedia content to grow and engage the audiences
- Monitor and report on performance on social media & PR initiatives monitoring and analyzing ROI

PR and Social Media Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with PR & social media activity for a lifestyle or consumer goods brand - ideally alcohol experience and passion for urban music / entertainment scene
- Proven ability to deliver first-class PR results and use social channels to help grow a brand
- A good working understanding of how PR, Content and Social work together
- Implement paid social media plan to drive traffic to content
- Experience with YOUTUBE campaigns, Instagram and Facebook
- Strong interest in current urban and hip hop music scene and trends for promotions
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- The ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, drive & business acumen
- Work hard play hard, into the hustle and willing to roll up your selves to get the work done
- Ability and willingness to travel about 1x per month
