Our media client is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join the creative team. This is an onsite, freelance role that will go through the end of the year, most likely extended into 2020 based on need and performance.

The Associate Account Manager will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, among a small team of strategists and will liaise with their internal creative team, producers, project managers, clients and stake holders.

Day-to-day spans the gamut from B2B branding initiatives for consumer campaigns (entertainment, tech, finance, etc.). They also support internal events ranging from
Happy Hours to Bring Your Kids to Work Day to product launch events that livestream across the globe.

Associate Account Manager Responsibilities:
? Support a team of Producers and an Account
Director/Strategist (MIO) lead on a variety of projects in a wide range of scope.
? Attend all creative kick-off briefings; take notes and distribute a next steps/contact report for each meeting
? Ensure the right people are included in meetings
? Identify and facilitate follow-ups as needed; including scheduling of meetings if necessary
? Ensure all creative deliverables being requested are clear and ready to action by the creative team
? Support in the distribution of Creative Deliverables lists and make sure daily updates are communicated to all parties involved as needed
? Manage complex projects by keeping track of many moving parts, holding all internal parties accountable for their contributions, and ensuring all deadlines are met

Associate Account Manager Requirements:
? 1-3 years of Account Management experience
? 2+ years of production/project /pipeline management working directly with creative teams spanning design, copy, video, web, events and social development.
? Agency experience is a big plus!
? Ability to understand client needs and their relative importance, and resolve conflicts effectively
? Strong understanding of the creative processes involved in successful marketing, design and branding projects required
? Familiarity with project management software
? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
? Able to read a room, know your audience, and maintain humility throughout the
process
? Ability to understand the bigger picture and connect the dots to create new opportunities
