Our client, a photography equipment company, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team full time.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategy and paid social programs to increase awareness and engagement, support retail and distributor partner initiatives and growing and managing social media communities. This includes, but not limited to, content curation, posting and scheduling, influencer marketing and UGC management. The Social Media Manager reports to the Social Media Director.

Essential Duties of the Social Media Manager:
?Launch paid social strategies and optimize accordingly
?Assist with monthly content calendar creation across brands
?Conduct channel and content reporting
?Assist Director with the development of social strategies to increase awareness and channel engagement
?Proactively engage with our brands social media communities
?Draft and publish content to social channels (ex. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube) as needed to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with social strategy
?Research industry practices and maintain a pulse on what is trending in order to make recommendations to management
?Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaigns, promotions and partner initiatives
?Advise Specialists on day to day activities when needed and assist with deliverable management

Skills and Abilities of the Social Media Manager:
• Must have laser-sharp attention to detail and be able to track and prioritize deliverables to meet all deadlines
• Experience positioning a brand through social media
• Experience with influencer marketing is a huge plus
• Proven results building social following across a variety of social channels and leveraging social to drive activation and sales
• Ability to follow through on projects and work cross functionally to bring forward ideas based on trending topics

Minimum Qualifications:
?Social media marketing experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
?Experience with e-commerce brands is a plus
?UX and Digital experience a plus
?Adobe Creative Suite skills
