Our client, a not-for-profit engineering organization, is seeking a full time onsite Integrated Marketing Program Manager, to support their business with various marketing projects.

This hands-on Integrated Marketing Program Manager role will serve as a key integration point between Marketing and the broader product teams.

The Integrated Marketing Program Manager will:
• Manage the development-to-launch schedule for the marketing of new products
• Orchestrate the planning and execution of inbound and outbound marketing activities
• Supervise the daily execution of associated marketing activities, including: demand generation, digital/ social campaigns, lead generation and marketing automation, etc.
• Maintain project leadership across departments, subcontractors, vendors and customers to deliver results
• Determine appropriate marketing technologies, communication tools and vendors for B2B/ B2C marketing programs
• Be an integral part of rolling out marketing project management tool
• Ensure final deliverables are up to standards for quality and consistency in branding as well as the messaging aligns with brand goals
• Conduct post campaign reviews to examine wins and misses

The Integrated Marketing Program Manager must have:
• At least 5 years of marketing experience at a managerial level
• A strong background in Marketing
• Experience building, managing and measuring integrated marketing programs
• Prior experience with B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
• Project / Marketing Program Management experience
• Proven track record in leading successful go-to-market activities
• In-depth understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation, inbound marketing best practices and concepts
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
• Understanding of full marketing and creative processes
• Broad knowledge of marketing technologies, enterprise tools and marketing platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, SalesForce)
