Our client, leader in fintech, is in need of a Marketo savvy Marketing Automation Manager to join their growing Global Marketing team, full time.

The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for:

- Covering the full spectrum of marketing, campaign creation, inbound marketing, list imports, data segmentation and data maintenance
- Executing the demand generation strategy for different segments and its orchestration across multiple channels
- Managing multiple projects and conduct data analyses used to support strategic decisions
- Manage the marketing automation technology platforms, consistently improving the lead generation, lead management and automation processes using best practices and optimizing for scalability
- Analyze marketing data to develop insights and make optimization recommendations, monitor and maintain data quality, and manage the execution of end-to-end campaigns while maintaining cohesive automated workflows

To be successful, the following qualifications are needed for the Marketing Automation Manager:

- Marketo expert, with Google Analytics experience
- Salesforce experience a huge plus
- Strategic thinker and hands-on executor
- Proven understanding and use of automation platforms to drive the execution of marketing strategy over multiple channels
- Technology savvy
- Strong written skills or experience in creating marketing content
- Metrics driven
