Our client, a B2B electronics company, needs to hire a Marketing Coordinator freelance to full-time, starting mid July, onsite at their office in Middlesex County.

There are 2 major components to the Marketing Coordinator role so trade show experience is required along with an understanding of (ideally experience with) SEO and PPC.

1. Trade Shows: They do 10 trade shows a year (nationwide) and while there's no travel involved all of the coordinating needs to be handled including tracking spend and costs via an Excel budget sheet.

2. SEO/PPC: They pay an agency to execute a plan but need the Coordinator to work with the agency on how to achieve the goals that the Coordinator came up with based on their knowledge of SEO and PPC – it’s not execution, just strategic. The agency prepares SEO and PPC reports in Excel and the Marketing Coordinator must be able to read them. The Coordinator will also look at Google Analytics.

The 3 person in-house marketing team supports 12 separate business units that operate globally so agility is important! The team is managing the website right now but any CMS experience would be helpful (they use WordPress) just for updates and simple uploads, no coding.

This is an onsite, freelance to full-time position and the hours are 9 AM - 5 PM with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. They offer a strong benefits package when it goes full-time!
