Our client, a leading global agency, needs an experienced Account Manager to join their fast-paced team and sit onsite at their CPG client's office in Northern New Jersey (commutable) full-time, starting in June or July 2019.

Agency experience is required, working on social for CPG or beauty brands since 90 - 95% of this work is organic social.

Soft skills: thick skin is needed. The Account Manager has to be able to "hold their own" in meetings with clients who may be pushing back.

The Account Manager should be used to handling heavy client interaction and a large volume of projects at once. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing hours, billing, resourcing and managing timelines/schedules, so relevant experience is required.

Agency Account Manager Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience managing digital and social media projects through the creative process ensuring they are on strategy, on time, and on budget
• Experience as a direct liaison between the brand marketers and the creative team
• Experience and knowledge of digital - visual kits, landing pages, banners, and digital assets for social media
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all agency departments and the client
• Mobile first thinking
• Ability to communicate feedback clearly and succinctly, both internally and externally
• Ambitious with a desire to progress quickly

This is a full-time, onsite role in Northern NJ (commutable) with the option to work from home 1 day a week.
