Our client, a not-for-profit engineering organization, is seeking a Full Time onsite Marketing Manager, to support their Learning & Development business with various marketing projects. This hands-on Marketing Manager role will spearhead the companies efforts to grow the L&D business through a multifaceted marketing strategy.

The Marketing Manager will:
• Develop the overall strategy and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing programs that create awareness, drive traffic & enhance engagement
• Uncover new growth opportunities by championing market intelligence initiatives on current and new product concepts; measure product feedback, perception and sentiment; analyze competitive research
• Craft product brand identity, positioning and messaging that differentiates their learning solutions in the market
• Continuously monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns/channels, making recommendations to improve performance and drive ROI
• Ability to understand and communicate case study needs to agency for deployment
• Negotiate, prioritize and manage key industry collaborations and barter arrangements to provide valuable external promotions
• Manage acquisition and development of content assets that are part of our B2B lead generation strategy from start to finish

The Marketing Manager must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• At least 8 years of work experience
• Proven experience as the lead marketer for new product launches or significant growth in a B2B environment
• Accountability for customer-centered business goals and familiarity with education and learning preferred
• Proven ability to launch successful campaigns
• Experience with enterprise level marketing automation platforms, as well as SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Experience building and overseeing budgets, paid digital campaigns, vendors and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to explore and proactively surface new distribution channels and products
