Our non-profit client is hiring a Program Manager for an exciting Full-time Opportunity!

In this role, you will have to:
- Work closely with Director of Development and Executive Director to concept and execute fundraising campaigns, event logistics, PR opportunities, partnerships, etc.
- Evaluate current seasonal programs for kids to ensure event communications, event volunteers, and pre-event safety training seminars are coordinated
- Oversee budget, travel expenses, hotel bookings, sponsors and donations for annual charity trip
- Research and apply for potential grant applications
- Oversee email content creation and deployment
- Manage social media content, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and provide overall analysis of brand engagement

Do you have?
- 3+ years of marketing, program management, or non-profit event coordination experience
- 2+ years of social media content creation and analysis experience
- Passion for children-focused charitable organizations
- Proficiency in email deployment via MailChimp
- Past success in public speaking roles
- EXCELLENT attention to detail - triple-check your resume for typos!
- Strong organization skills and ability to communicate across teams to juggle multiple programs and deadlines

BONUS if you have:
- Familiarity with SalesForce platform
- Experience researching and applying for grants
