UX Designer - Fully Remote/Off-site

One of our technology clients in Nashville has an immediate opening for a UX Designer!

The UX Designer will work with the director of e-commerce strategy focusing on wireframes, prototypes and A/B testing both internally and with company partners.

This is a fully remote 12 month contract that does have the possibility to convert to full-time.

UX Designer Responsibilities:
- Build detailed wireframes and prototypes for experiences across companies owned digital properties as well as for partner digital experiences
- Work closely with research team peers to construct testing materials, and play an active role in the user testing process
- Partner with conversion rate optimization and email marketing teams to ideate on A/B tests and ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience that drives results
- Team with partner marketing and clients to understand current challenges and deliver tailored user experience solutions to drive sales of company products on partner digital properties

UX Designer Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX design
- Heavy experience with wireframes, prototypes, A/B testing
- Figma or other UX design software
- Experience designing for large consumer based clients
- Experience in Telecomm or Insurance verticals highly preferred
