Our client, a global electronics company, needs a full-time eCommerce Operations and Content Coordinator to join their team onsite starting April 2019 (their office is not easily commutable by public transportation).

Hours are 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday (there is flexibility to adjust slightly).

CMS experience is required from either a content management background or digital marketing background (they use a custom CMS and will train on it).

eCommerce Coordinator Details/Duties:
• Coordinates Inventory Planning process with Divisional Planners for E-Commerce business on an ongoing basis

• Monitors E-Commerce Inventory Ordering, Receipt of Goods (ROG) and Inventory Status Processes with 3rd E-Commerce Partner

• Implements all new products into E-Commerce “Global Commerce (GC)” database

• Monitor and maintain current status of 800 skus in “Global Commerce (GC)” database

• Work closely with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Management teams on promotional initiatives (Limited Edition/Special Edition models, New Product launches)

• Capable of effectively interfacing with 3rd Party E-Commerce Logistics team

• Implements ongoing content updates for Websites and E-Commerce platform (new products, new pricing, new images)

• Assist in launching new products on multiple Websites and on E-commerce platform on an ongoing basis

• Maintain “New Product” spreadsheets and assure that updates are timed to align with deadlines for product pages

• Responsible for uploading new products (monthly) into the Content Management Tool

• Effectively Interface with IT team regarding Content Management Tool (CMS) utilization and updates

eCommerce Coordinator Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in related area of study from an accredited college/university

• 1 -2 years relevant work experience in a Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce environment

• Ability to travel occasionally as needed (e.g., trade shows, offsite meetings and events)

• Strong Analytic, Planning and Project Management skills to support E-Commerce and Digital Marketing teams
