Our Real Estate client is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to join their team offsite.

What you'll be doing as the Social Media Manager:
- Building and growing their social media presence targeting B2B and B2C clientele.
- Deciding what social platforms are best to reach each audience and establishing KPIs to ensure they are able to optimize and measure their success.
- Creating a content calendar and curating content and visuals as well as writing and creating original content.
- Managing their community by responding to audience in their established brand voice.
- Working with their Marketing Agency.
- Writing original content and taking photographs.

BONUS: Potential to become a full-time role for the right fit.

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar.
- Experience creating social media strategy from scratch and building content calendar.
- Experience with basic photography, content creation
- and copy writing.
- Confident establishing a tone guidelines for responses with client.
