Our client, a boutique Marketing PR Agency is seeking a MARKETING COORDINATOR / ADMIN ASSISTANT to assist their President with daily tasks!

Onsite, full-time role in White Plains NY

- Working as right hand person for President of this boutique Marketing/PR firm
- Assist on PowerPoint presentations, marketing kit maintenance, portfolio maintanance etc.
- Assist on developing RFP's for clients
- Research marketing trends/updating media lists
- Standard office admin: answering phones, interface with vendors, staff meetings, organize paper/electronic files

The ideal Marketing Coordinator Admin Assistant must:
- Be eager to learn the in's and out's of running an agency
- Handle tasks from basic office management to assisting on marketing tasks from proposals to PowerPoint preparations
