Our client, a marketing and communications agency, is currently seeking a Digital Media Associate to join their small but growing team!

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have a strong digital media planning /buying background and experience with Prisma and DCM!

Digital Media Associate will join a team of 7, as the junior digital media associate, assisting the senior team with various needs. Ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, and be eager and excited to learn more about digital media!

• Develop media recommendations that support objectives and strategy
• Create RFPs and review proposals
• Research and compile competitive data as needed
• Assist with campaign analysis for weekly, monthly, and wrap-up performance reporting deliverables
• Manage day-to-day campaign optimizations, and all associated plan records
• Maintain actualized flowcharts, and update media plans accordingly (Generate and maintain traffic sheets)
• Coordinate 3rd party media tagging
• Set-up vendor meetings for updates and stay abreast of industry news
• Help write POVs for distribution internally and to clients
• Work with cross-functional teams (Account, Analytics, Creative, Operations) for synergistic campaign planning

• 1+ year digital media experience
• Knowledge of all digital media channels; display, video, mobile, search, social, native, lead gen
• Have experience with Agency Tools: Prisma, ComScore, Pathmatics, Simmons, etc.
• Ideally a familiarity with programmatic buying
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Natural curiosity about digital media
• Creative problem solver
• Organized & able to prioritize tasks
• Proactive, resourceful and have a can -do, roll up your sleeves attitude to contribute to the team's success
