Our client is a growing insurance company seeking an Email Marketing Manager to manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns. This is an onsite, freelance-to-full-time role that could convert to full-time for the right long-term fit. The client is also open to hiring directly full-time.

The Email Marketing Manager will:
- Manage email campaigns including audience segmentation, template creation, coding and deployment
- Design, implement and analyze testing strategies
- Manage/own the automated marketing tool (Salesforce) by maintaining existing email journeys, launching new programs and troubleshooting issues
- Analyze and report on campaign performance
- Code emails for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility; Build data extensions and data fillers
- Manage and optimize A/B testing

The Email Marketing Manager must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing and understanding of principles (design. build, deliverability, A/B testing, content, campaign automation, etc.)
- Proficiency in executing email campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- HTML and inline CSS coding skills
- Understanding of database and data relationships, data management and import/migration, automation rules and link tracking
- Experience with data analytics and reporting
- Strong knowledge of CAN-SPAM compliancy
