Our client is a uber hip full service agency and they are presently looking for a full time Account Director w/ strong CRM experience to join their team starting as early as February 25th, 2019.

As Account Director, you will be the KEY relationship holder with the agency's clients with revenues in the $5+ million range. You will first be managing a client in the B2B/ financial services vertical with huge growth potential.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead agency through understanding of client business, marketing, and content development needs.
- Can evangelize value of CRM services
- Manage client projects across various disciplines (social, digital, video production) assuring the work is outstanding, providing critical insights and feedback on development, execution, and performance.
- Liaison between CRM Strategy team, creative team, and production teams on development of marketing programs.
- Consistently deliver on revenue targets & monitor financial health of accounts.
- Identify organic growth opportunities & lead development plans
- Deeply engaged in development of account team direct reports
- Identifies growth opportunities
- Manages contractual relationships, fee neogtiations, and compliance with CFO and Business Director.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years experience in client facing agency role
- Desired Experience: Agency, B2B
- Must Have Proficiencies: STRONG CRM specialty knowledge. You have CRM expertise from strategy to launch. Familiarity with loyalty programs. Salesforce and Adobe suite a plus.
- Can lead in an integrated manner between teams, with strong understanding of on and offline channels.
