Our client, an insurance company in Fort Washington, is looking for a part time Trade Show Coordinator to join their team. This role will be 24 hours per week, on site.

The Trade Show Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating trade show booths and contracts for 35 events each year
- Working with marketing, design and sales team on day to day details before, during and after trade shows
- Project managing client's presence at the trade show, including making sure all literature, booth design and signage are current

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience coordinating trade show booths, creative and contracts
- Previous interaction of SalesForce and ExhibitForce is a must
- Ability to work on site 3 days a week is a must
- CTMS certification is plus
