Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer that is passionate for the design and development of online content for tests, lesson plans, curriculum. This is an ON SITE opportunity located in San Antonio.

The overall project goals of the Instructional Designer is as follows (to name a few):
- Organize and manage test-related information (in databases or other formats) that includes: item content, art, administration and scoring rules, test form/version documents, and psychometric data.
- Participate in creating test and test-related materials that include: test items, other digital content, test form/version documents, administration and scoring manuals, technical manuals, software requirements, digitally-generated reports, software user guides, and training materials.

The ideal Instructional Designer is capable of being responsible for activities involving the design and development of the test or measurement items for paper, software or other desired platforms. Applies relevant measurement design techniques to create the desired product for end user. Coordinates development with other appropriate departments to achieve overall format of finished product. May assist in the preparation of materials by proofreading at various stages, assisting in quality checks, sorting and assembling materials and undertaking limited editing assignments

Software & Special Skills:
- MS OFFICE; Excel Specifically
- BONUS: knowledge of curriculum-based measurement (CBM) and response to intervention systems
