Our client, a boutique event agency, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join their team for a freelance to possible full-time role starting as soon as possible!

Responsibilities of the Traffic Coordinator:
- Serve as liaison between the Traffic and Design Teams for the maintenance and timely updates of databases, project management systems, and art files
- Coordinate and serve as the main point of contact for day to day scheduling of projects and their corresponding design deliverables.
- Keep Manager and teams up to date on all project details in real time through email communication and project management systems. This includes but is not limited to individual and overarching project timelines as well as freelance design databases and availability's.
- Provide admin support to the Manager, Traffic Team, and Creative Department through timely scheduling of meetings and the proper maintenance of internal documents, brand assets, and reports.
- Maintain clear and proper collection of project assets

Requirements of the Traffic Coordinator:
- Strong organization and time management skills, including experience in coordinating multiple projects and possessing the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
- You are a motivated and a self-starter-- it is important that you be able to jump in and hit the ground running and grasp the responsibilities of this role quickly and efficiently!
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS & Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and has the ability to easily adapt to changing project needs.
- Understanding of various file names and types
- Knowledge and previous experience with project management software systems is a plus (Basecamp, Asana, Workforce). Tech savviness is a requirement.
