Our client is a top name in Tech, and they are currently seeking a freelance Community Manager to manage community efforts for a global program.

The IDEAL candidate will have experience managing globally-impacting projects, representing a major brand online, is familiar with moderating a forum, and/or managing a global community either professionally or personally - examples must be provided with application.

Top Responsibilities:
- Providing project management support for any community related projects including but not limited to:
- Execution of strategic tactics defined by community
management program managers
- Engage and coordinate daily with program managers, program marketing teams and content strategists to ensure the online forum is kept in the best standing possible
- Support community members and vendors with any product / community related questions and escalate any issues as necessary
- Support community messaging development
- Assist with any bug reporting
- The Community Manager might be required to assist with the following:
- Pull and analyze success metrics
- Curate data and community reports
- Interact directly with vendors and third-party developers for all technical matters related to the platform
- Train and support remote vendor operations team

Qualifications:
- Experience managing the back-end of a community forum, ideally Lithium
- Ideally you will have data analysis experience as it relates to community performance and trends
- MUST be able to provide editorial writing samples or writing samples you did representing a brand
- Experience creating reporting documentation
- Strong writing skills (advanced candidates will be given a writing assessment)
- High attention to detail
- Good intuition and attitude, high energy (enjoys interacting with people
-Must be able to read, write and speak English, fluently and idiomatically

Nice to have Skills:
- Experience with the Lithium community platform
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience moderating a forum and/or community
- Knowledge and experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
-The ability to read, write and speak a second language fluently
- Experience managing social media channels on behalf of a brand or business
