Our client, an advertising agency focused in concept-to-consumer marketing for Fortune 50 clients, is looking for a Global Account Director to join the team full time.

The Global Account Director will be responsible for leading and building out the account team across brands and verticals. You are ultimately responsible for the management of the entire client portfolio, financial portfolio, strategic direction, departmental needs, and senior client relationships.

- Drive global business strategy to ensure successful client engagements that deliver on corporate objectives
- Solidify and push fully integrated partnerships and relationships
- Create a highly skilled, global account management team
- Lead and mentor multiple client groups with top-level client involvement
- Oversee account financials including accurate budget creation, SOW estimating, tracking and billing

- 10+ years of experience
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to the various offices across London, New York, Dallas, and the HQ in St. Louis
- Excellent client-facing skills including written and verbal communication
- Dynamic presentation skills
- Experience managing integrated teams of people across multiple time zones
- A proficient problem solver with an affinity for using research and insights in the development of business strategies
- A seasoned professional who knows how to build relationships at the most senior client level
