Our client, a tech company in the B2B space, is looking for a Traffic Manager to join their team Full Time - starting as soon as possible!

This is a direct hire opportunity, with benefits. Work will be done onsite in Boston 5 days per week.

As the Traffic Manager you will report to the Senior Director of eComm and work alongside a team of creatives including designers, art directors, project managers, content specialists, etc. You will serve as a crucial part of the team's synergy adhering everyone to process through technical support and streamline communication.

Responsibilities Include:
- Act as central point of project coordination for key creative stakeholders
- Proactively monitor creative project schedule and escalate at-risk deadlines prior to any negative business impact as to consistently triage priorities
- Create and manage copy and design project task lists, schedules, resource assignments, and status reports
- Collect design project requirements and goals while auditing all requests for completion in directive
- Handle initial briefing of copy and design resources, as well as all handoff of materials; including content management of assets and file retrievals as needed
- Manage proofing workflows, routing and approval tracking
- Work collaboratively to coordinate meetings and review incoming project artwork, copy needs, production specifications, and deadlines
- Vet proofs against creative brief / project ticket before delivering for review to ensure project requirements were executed
- Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports

The IDEAL Traffic Manager will have:
A bachelors degree in Creative, Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or other related field
5+ years relevant experience
Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, etc.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and AP Style Guide and proofreading a plus, but not required
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and support team efficiently
Proven grasp on inner workings of a creative department and digitally focused projects
