We are working with a Raleigh agency seeking a fully remote Account Director to join their team full-time!
The ideal Account Director has prior agency experience, a growth mindset, and demonstrated experience cultivating client relationships and empowering internal team members.
Account Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 6-8 client accounts, setting targets for goals, revenue and margins
- Grow and retain existing accounts
- Work with clients to strategize and create marketing plans that provide effective solutions to their business challenges
- Monitor health and growth of accounts with an eye on budgets, timelines and quality of deliverables
- Mentor 2-3 direct reports
Account Director Requirements:
- 6+ years experience within an agency setting, preferably with B2B clients
- Comfort in leading client presentations, brainstorm sessions, and new business pitches
- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-discipline teams -- project managers, developer, designers, etc.
