Our accounting services client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team. This hybrid role reports to the client's Boston office 2-3 days per week.

You will report directly into the Marketing Development Manager and spearhead marketing growth objectives and the implementation of a local marketing strategy and serve as a marketing advisor to local leadership and internal stakeholders.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
-Serve as a marketing advisor to local leadership and practice stake holders.
-With the support of marketing, creative, and administrative teams, plan and execute local events
-Work with market launch teams to build local relationship development plans. Provide marketing data to validate marketing strategies.
-Execute and monitor email campaigns
-Support local events, soup to nuts.
-Conduct client insight gathering interviews.
-Analyze marketing campaign results: views, clicks, ad ROI, etc.

Marketing Specialist Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree
-3-5 years of Marketing experience
-Prior Professional Services and/or B2B experience preferred (finance, consulting, legal, etc)
-Prior experience analyzing marketing data, and communicating marketing data to senior executives is required.
