Our client, a membership-only retailer outside of Boston, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their Digital Team!

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving awareness, site traffic, consumer adoption and engagement online - supporting their rapidly growing ecommerce and omni channel business.

This role serves as a go-to partner for Digital Leaders to identify, understand and collaboratively solve for shopper barriers, driving sales change and develop strategies to drive sales.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Drive overall marketing strategist and plans for omni-channel sales, engagement and customer growth
- Deliver business plans and objectives with a keen focus on optimizing what is working
- Consistently demonstrate a deep understanding of the business, competitive and consumer dynamics to inform strategic planning
- Identify gaps in information and set plans to close them
- Drive marketing goals, strategic plans and tactical plan alignment across business
- Ensure team is carefully executing among multiple market channels with heavy focus on email, signage and marketing activations
- Approve creative brief and final media mix recommendations
- Provide thought leadership to identify trends and implement best practices for digital marketing, including analytics, SEO and email
- Proactively partner with Digital Experience and Development team to identify experience enhancements that should be built
- Provide strategic guidance on co-op marketing efforts for all delivery partners like Instacart and Door Dash

The ideal Senior Marketing Manager will have:
- 7-10 years of experience in an integrated marketing role with an emphasis on digital; CPG, ecomm or retail experience required
- Experience managing B2C omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing others, you will have 1 direct report
- Strong analytical skills - understanding key metrics
- Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with partners

This is a full-time opportunity to join a growing team that is focused on digital this year!

NOTE: the team is operating in a hybrid model: 2-3 days per week onsite, so you must be comfortable with that.
