Our client, a telecommunications company, is looking for a Digital Director to join their team full-time! This opportunity will require approx. 2 days/week in the office south of Boston.

As a Digital Director you'll be responsible for helping to define the vision of their website and digital properties demonstrating how they can better use the web and digital assets to grow sales and help their customers self-service digitally.

You will set a comprehensive strategy for their web and app properties including development lifecycle, content architecture, SEO, site traffic and engagement, and conversion optimization. Additionally, you will:

- Work with internal stakeholders to develop content and strategic plan for new webpages, web applications and other web properties
- Understand stakeholder goals and translate them into milestones on their digital roadmap
- Collaborate with campaign stakeholders to set up digital campaign assets such as landing pages, content and forms
- Identify opportunities and need for UI testing and research
- Transparently communicate priorities and progress, preparing the business and the market for upcoming changes/releases
- Work with web analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of website performance for new and existing features
- Manage app development lifecycle including: working with third party developers to optimize UX and maintain consistent branding, assisting with app store submissions and measuring app feedback and performance to inform app strategy

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of website strategy experience for consumer facing websites or mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Knowledge of web strategies used in B2B and B2C environments to drive customer engagement and conversions
- Working knowledge of UX strategies used to optimize visitor experience to websites
- Proven ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with varying business partners
- Experience with Google Play, Apple and Amazon app stores including app testing, publishing, analytics, managing users/roles, and managing certificates.
- Strong working knowledge of online marketing technologies and SEO
- Experience executing tests and using data to develop and defend strong points-of-view
