Our client, a major player in the Commercial Real Estate/Development space, is looking for two Marketing Coordinators to join their team in Boston's Seaport - starting as soon as possible!

These roles are each Full Time, direct hire opportunities with an onsite requirement of 5 days per week. Work from home/remote flexibility can be provided in ad-hoc capacity.

The Marketing Coordinator positions will directly support one of two pillars of the team: social/digital marketing, events/cultural activations, and community/partnerships. PLEASE specify upon interest of submission which of these categories is your preference and/or strength.

Each Marketing Coordinator will report to their respective manager ranging from Sr. Marketing Manager to Associate Director. The team in it's entirety is 5-7 people with plans to expand and grow. You will also work cross collaboratively with additional divisions such as creative and manage communications with outside agency partners or vendors.

Responsibilities:
Digital:
- Maintaining content for web, email and social (Instagram, Twitter & Facebook)
- Writing short and long form copy in accordance with brand voice
- Leading shot lists for in-house photography
- Planning content calendars
- Ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Routinely updating content in comparison to event schedules
- Creating paid ads and partnering with outside agency in regards to execution

Community:
- Developing clear understanding of brand and honing in on what that translates into tangibly
- Identifying realistic partnership opportunities
- Building and retaining relationships with local artists, vendors, organizations, influencers and media contacts
- Creating invite lists for events and influencer list-building
- Assist with event production and organization

The IDEAL Marketing Coordinator will have:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Agency background preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proven successes obtaining, building and retaining relationships
- Interest in the arts and passion for urban culture a plus!
