Our client is the largest search engine giant, and they are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join their team.

This role will be hybrid/onsite 3 days a week (Tues., Wed., Thurs.). The team is in Cambridge and the office is public transportation accessible via company shuttle. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

Top Responsibilities for Technical Writer:
-Write, review, publish, and maintain high-quality technical content while adhering to company documentation standards. Key content types and associated standards will include requirements, specifications, test descriptions, processes, and conceptual information. Incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders (e.g., engineers, product managers, program managers, marketing, legal, customers) to align content with user needs and product/program goals.
-Identity and address gaps in help content.
-Expand help content to make it actionable.

Ideal Qualifications for Technical Writer:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-Experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing.
-Experience working in collaboration with technical and sales stakeholders on a daily basis.
-Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical concepts.
