Our client, a local nonprofit organization, is looking for an Associate Director of Fundraising to join their Marketing Team!

The Associate Director of Fundraising will lead and develop the strategy for the organization's fundraising program with a goal to ensure donor retention and acquisition. You'll manage a robust solicitation and stewardship program that includes direct mail, telemarketing, digital and print efforts.

Primary responsibilities include:
- In collaboration with the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy, seek to secure year over year increase in donors and dollars
- Develop and apply strategies to secure renewed or reactivated giving from current or past donors through tactics including online giving, direct mail, email, text giving, etc.
- Develop pilots and tactics to reach prospective donor audiences
- Work with team to develop messaging and copy that engages wide audience groups
- Analyze and present results toward fundraising goals
- Lead internal working group to establish annul and long term program goals
- Partner with data team to develop program response analysis, segment reporting, forecasting, etc.
- Develop and track program budget, manage all costs

The ideal Associate Director of Fundraising will have:
- 5-8 years of philanthropic marketing; experience in NFP, higher ed or politics is preferred
- Proven track record of leading fundraising efforts; retaining and acquiring new donors
- Experience in traditional marketing efforts as well as non traditional (text giving, digital, etc.)
- Excellent strategic/critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
