Our client in the financial industry is growing their UX Team with the addition of a full-time UX Researcher.

As UX Researcher, you'll oversee multiple engagements as you work through the process of:
- Lead competitive research reviews, focus groups, site walkthroughs
- Conducting AB tests, user surveys, heuristic evaluations
- Develop strategies, present findings & recommendations
- Ensure results are implemented in design requirements
- Working in an agile environment to efficiently gain insight

The ideal UX Researcher has at least 5 years' experience in the UX field and has a high degree of comfort with:
- Employing a wide variety of research tools and strategy to projects
- Usability testing (especially remote, unmoderated)
- Designing usability test plans and screeners for participants
- Survey design, programming and deployment
- Lead interview / observation sessions with end users
- Excellent presentation and decision making ability
- Can manage and plan for multiple projects, facilitating and collaborating with multiple teams
- Previously worked with UserTesting.com, Optima', /Workshop and Qaltrics
- Persona creation, card sorting, ethnography, diary studies
