Our client, a major player in the retail/real estate space, is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator full-time.

This is a direct hire opportunity. Work will be done in a hybrid capacity with 6 days/month remote and the remainder in the office.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will focus on providing administrative support to the SVP of Marketing and assist in a variety of responsibilities for the Corporate Marketing team. This position requires a collaborative and communicative nature, the ability to bring fresh ideas to the team while also learning about the business.

Responsibilities Include:
- General administrative support such as note-taking in status meetings and creative debriefs
- Organize and compile information for presentations, packages and reports
- Managing/overseeing initiatives in support of Corporate Marketing team (i.e. tradeshows, website, e-blasts, social content calendars/analytics, etc.)
- Research market trends

The IDEAL Marketing Coordinator will have:
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) as follow up and key client relations are critical.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be adaptable to change.
- Ability to multitask and strong, independent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Background in retail/fashion or real estate a plus
