Our client, a full-service marketing agency located in southern New Hampshire, is looking for a Media Planner/Buyer to join their team full time - starting as soon as possible!

This is a fully remote, direct hire opportunity.

As the Media Planner/Buyer, you will be reporting to the Director of Media Strategy and working with a team that includes a Senior and Intermediate level Media Strategists. You will also work cross collaboratively with additional teams and have a client facing presence. You will be responsible for supporting in the media planning, buying, execution, optimization, reporting and reconciliation.

In this role, the Media Planner/Buyer will:
- Act as the media expert for assigned clients and client service team, serving as the primary contact and lead on strategy
- Craft media consideration lists
- Create RFP presentations and presenting to clients
- Develop strategic digital media plans
- Traffic through Campaign Manager 360 and sending tags to sites
- Work cross-collaboratively with team members to maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity
- Ensure schedules are placed correctly and within budget; monitoring clearance daily, when necessary
- Manage and optimize campaigns from start to finish
- Gather and analyze data to provide sound, strategic, consumer-insights driven media recommendations
- Research media trends for use in planning and presentations
- Write "POVs" (position papers) on media opportunities and sponsorships as well as client issues and/or opportunities and deliver as needed

The IDEAL Media Planner/Buyer will have:
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience communicating directly with the client with proven ability to build and nurture partner relationships
- Extensive knowledge of media planning and buying (cross-channel)
- Proficiency using Campaign Manager 360 (Doubleclick) and/or Atlas required
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Google Ads, Bionic or other ad-planning tool is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use investigative skills to reconcile invoicing.
