Our client, a well-known Boston university, is seeking a Senior Associate Director of Digital Marketing to join their team Full Time!

This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive benefits! Work will be done in a hybrid capacity (2 days WFH and 3 days onsite). Fully remote candidates will not be considered at this time.

As the Senior Associate Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a team of three. You will report directly to the ACM Director (Advancement Communications & Marketing). Your role will be essential in providing strategy and structure to them team. This is a brand new position with lots of room to implement change and reorganization! Digital Marketing deliverables will span across Email, Social Media and Web content.

Responsibilities Include:
- Identify ACM needs through research in department and industry trends
- Build a cohesive digital marketing strategy that draws on best practices and establishes clear objectives and metrics for websites and web content, social media marketing, and email marketing to communicate, promote fundraising and engagement objectives
- Set KPIs and execute campaigns
- Measure performance of said campaigns through data and analytics
- Evaluate and enhance digital marketing efforts to increase engagement and fundraising participation with alumni, donors, parents, and other audiences
- Lead a digital marketing team within department, including training and development, workflow and performance management, and the development of an inclusive work environment that promotes creativity and innovation
- Represent the ACM team as necessary in meetings with internal and external clients (includes colleagues, alumni, and current students)

The IDEAL Senior Associate Director of Digital Marketing will have:
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven ability to educate teams on market trends and best practices
- Exceptional storytelling and conceptualizing skills
- Proficiency using Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar
- Working knowledge of Social Media or Project Management tools such as Sprinklr, Tweetdeck, Asana, etc.
- Previous background managing or mentoring people (preferred, but not required)
- Passion and/or interest in the Higher Education space a plus
